This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Conceptualize and create effective email campaigns and automated workflows (such as welcome series and abandoned cart reminders) that resonate with the client's brand identity.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of email best practices, including mobile-first design, effective visual hierarchy, and optimized calls-to-action, to enhance click-through rates.
• Ensure all designs are tailored for dark mode, adhere to accessibility standards, and utilize deliverability-safe coding techniques.
• Collaborate with and contribute to design systems and component libraries in Figma to maintain consistency across various brands.
• Work closely with copywriters and Klaviyo implementers to transition projects from initial concept to final deployment effortlessly.
• Present design solutions to clients, leveraging data-driven insights to support your creative decisions.
• A minimum of 3 years in graphic design, with at least 2 years specifically dedicated to designing marketing emails for e-commerce/DTC brands.
• A strong portfolio that highlights conversion-focused email and lifecycle design work.
• Experience with Klaviyo or comparable Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms.
• Proficiency in cloud-based design tools, particularly Figma.
• Advanced understanding of email design best practices.
• Familiarity with Shopify/Shopify Plus.
• Ability to oversee multiple brands and projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
