This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate closely with a Retention Marketing Manager to implement data-driven email and SMS strategies for our DTC/e-commerce clientele.
• Each day, you will perform tasks for clients that include writing, proofreading, and scheduling email and SMS campaigns.
• You will liaise directly with clients to oversee the revision and approval process for their email and SMS communications.
• Monthly, you will create innovative campaign concepts for your client's retention marketing calendars.
• You will collaborate directly with our in-house design team to shape the design strategy, ensuring the campaign and flow design vision is realized, while managing the revision and approval process for client emails.
• You will craft the copy for your campaign concepts and work directly with the client to obtain approval on briefs before they are forwarded to our in-house designers.
• You are driven and enjoy bringing new retention marketing ideas to the team and clients.
• Execute automation/flow logic setup, pop-up builds, and app integrations.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing, e-commerce, etc.
• Previous experience in an agency setting or managing multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email service providers.
• Energetic, passionate, and creative; excels at thinking outside the box to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly express complex and sometimes technical ideas to a diverse audience at any level.
