This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and implement strategic campaigns aimed at enhancing customer retention within the marketplace and boosting bookings through email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site messaging.
• Create and continuously refine customer onboarding processes that expedite the adoption for new clients.
• Recognize new activation milestones and create campaigns that consistently guide users toward achieving them.
• Manage and enhance a detailed calendar of seasonal campaigns and promotions throughout the ezCater marketplace, designed to drive additional orders.
• Analyze and convert data from various sources (such as reporting dashboards and customer insights) into actionable recommendations, insights, and strategic plans to improve customer interactions, foster engagement, and boost conversion rates.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and execute strategies to enhance campaign performance.
• Utilize promotions in an effective and cost-efficient manner to influence customer behavior.
• Collaborate with the growth acquisition team to enhance retention efforts effectively and efficiently through paid media.
• Apply segmentation techniques to tailor communications and marketing campaigns.
• 5-8+ years of marketing experience, particularly in customer adoption, engagement, and retention. Experience in B2B2C/B2C e-commerce or marketplace environments is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in generating measurable business results through lifecycle marketing.
• Proven track record in leading customer lifecycle marketing strategies and executing innovative, high-impact multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience with programs focused on onboarding new customers and their optimization.
• Extensive expertise in utilizing data from various sources to refine tactics, drive incremental business outcomes, and enhance customer experiences.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Highly proficient in strategic thinking, planning, and execution.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence colleagues.
• Action-oriented with a “get it done” mentality: meticulous attention to detail combined with a dedication to delivering high-quality work on time and always thinking ahead.
• A passion for problem-solving and developing innovative ideas or approaches to achieve our goals.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, lifecycle marketing tools, and campaign management platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team meetings, and other events, as needed.
