This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Responding to incoming calls from ExactCare’s current patient base
• Assisting with general questions, processing payments, and addressing inquiries about claims
• Managing patient concerns and effectively addressing objections
• Ensuring all efforts are made to retain current patients
• Upholding a consistently positive demeanor and patient-first mindset
• Keeping updated on the products and services available
• Representing AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or collections
• Experience in a fast-paced, phone-oriented environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Proficient in using multiple software applications
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Capacity to work independently
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality for patients
