This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Address incoming requests for service cancellations and encourage our customers to stay with us.
β’ Support customers with complaints or issues aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.
β’ Recognize opportunities to assist unhappy customers by offering solutions to avert cancellations.
β’ Concentrate on retaining accounts and minimizing attrition.
β’ Proactively reach out to customers deemed at risk of cancellation and ensure that every chance to retain these customers is thoroughly explored.
β’ Handle move-out cancellations.
β’ Accurately and completely document cases to facilitate reporting on trends by category, geography, and other relevant data.
β’ High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
β’ Capable of communicating effectively and professionally with customers.
β’ Able to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
β’ Must meet all customer deadlines, both internal and external.
β’ Familiarity with company-specific software for CRM and scheduling.
β’ Should become proficient in these business systems to demonstrate competence with company-specific processes and procedures.
β’ Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
