This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Establish robust relationships with customers through personalized interactions.
β’ Recognize potential churn risks and actively assist in customer retention efforts.
β’ Comprehend customer requirements and deliver customized solutions.
β’ Transform challenging customer scenarios into positive outcomes.
β’ Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Support, Account Management, or similar customer-oriented roles where building relationships was essential.
β’ Proficient or nearly proficient in English (Minimum C1 level), with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Background in technology or digital sectors.
β’ Outstanding communication skills across various mediums including phone, chat, and email.
β’ High emotional intelligence and adept problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Proactive attitude with strong accountability and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Capacity to handle multiple customer interactions at once.
β’ Familiarity with CRM and customer communication tools, such as Intercom, is advantageous.
