This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver detailed information regarding the Beyond Finance financial hardship debt program to clients.
• Exhibit empathy and active listening skills to comprehend and defuse distressed clients.
• Proficiently utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Evaluate the client's current financial circumstances and identify suitable options.
• Work collaboratively with clients to create tailored solutions.
• Achieve or surpass retention targets while earning commissions.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience via phone and various communication channels.
• Required - Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is advantageous).
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes.
• Resilient and able to maintain composure under pressure.
• Proven ability to negotiate and effectively resolve client issues.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in a Client Relationship Management system (CRM).
• Strong customer orientation and adaptability to various personality types.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by active listening.
• Promotes team/department collaboration and inclusion.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
