Retention Agent – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Deliver information regarding the company's offerings and services;

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in Portuguese;

• Must be available to work full-time;

• At least 6 months of experience in a call center environment, focusing on sales or retention.
