This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives by fostering growth within assigned accounts through retail selling techniques and implementing customer plans.
• Inspire Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers, overseeing hiring, coaching, and performance development.
• Ensure Execution Excellence: Guarantee the seamless implementation of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Consult & Sell: Offer expert, on-site sales consultations to clients, securing additional opportunities and executing headquarters programs.
• Plan for Expansion: Customize data-driven sales strategies according to store demographics and customer needs to encourage territory growth.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Develop robust relationships with store personnel to uncover opportunities and provide exceptional service.
• Optimize Resource Allocation: Strategically assign merchandisers and order writers to enhance shelf impact and sales volume.
• Champion Store Performance: Manage product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables in conjunction with Full-Time Order Writers (FTOWs).
• Own the Schedule: Create and implement an effective store schedule to reinforce relationships and drive results.
• Maintain Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Mondelēz International’s safety and operational protocols.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is strongly preferred.
• A flexible work schedule is necessary, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years of sales experience is required, with a solid sales background and a comprehensive understanding of business processes and systems.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks such as frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs., including pushing and pulling.
• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background check is required.
