• Oversee customer inquiries and deliver expert lending guidance.

• Assist customers throughout the entire loan process, from application to settlement.

• Utilize our comprehensive service offerings to connect customers with essential products and services in the property purchasing process, including buyer’s agents and conveyancing.

• Cultivate relationships within the local community to establish referral partnerships and expand your pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or a willingness to obtain it — we can assist with this!).

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.

• A strong drive and determination to foster the growth of your retail store.

• A passion for helping customers realize their homeownership aspirations.

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
