This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for executing company standards regarding store aesthetics and merchandise organization by collaborating effectively with in-store staff.
• Aids new customers in establishing their stores and the best practices for stocking merchandise.
• Assesses the current stock levels in stores and replenishes inventory by placing orders or recommending appropriate order quantities.
• Responsible for eliminating damaged and out-of-date merchandise from shelves; oversees the return process for qualifying stores.
• Actively participates in product relocation, store resets, and labeling for both new and existing inventory.
• Merchandises specific categories within the store environment by implementing planograms alongside analytical, store-specific data.
• Acts as a front-end consultant to customers regarding product placement and merchandising strategies.
• Utilizes ABC reporting data to assess product sales and order from distribution centers, in addition to generating customized reports for store personnel as necessary.
• Prepares Store Layout & Design drawings using Visio software for qualifying customers.
• Logs all store activities and observations into the CRM system.
• Maintains ongoing collaboration and communication with Community & Specialty Pharmacy, Health Systems, and Business Development Sales teams.
• Participates in District and Regional meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Requires extensive training in areas such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related fields generally acquired through the completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree Program or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Typically necessitates less than two (2) to four (4) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience.
• Strong selling abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with ABC policies, programs & services, and products.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of creativity; focused and disciplined.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficient computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more within the assigned territory as well as to other areas if necessary.
