This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Responsible for executing and optimizing assigned retail media search and display campaigns in accordance with business objectives and brand strategy for key accounts.
• Oversees campaign budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness; recommends adjustments to achieve KPIs for the designated retail media.
• Collaborates with the Retail Media Strategist to analyze outcomes and prepare reports on assigned retailer search campaigns.
• Utilizes analytical and technical skills to support both on-site and off-site display advertising campaigns.
• Aids in defining target audiences by interpreting brand and sales data, learning to segment customer groups, and applying targeting criteria across digital platforms.
• Monitors and optimizes alignment with program objectives.
• Partners with the Retail Marketing Team, Brand Design, Digital Marketing Strategist, Sales, and Agency partners to coordinate creative assets for retail marketing campaigns, ensuring a best-in-class omnichannel experience for consumers.
• Collaborates with the sales team, brokers, and internal teams to develop insights into key retailer business situations, product performance, and tactics to support retailer initiatives.
• Contributes to team processes to implement retail marketing campaigns in-store and online to support seasonal campaigns and innovation launches.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures, operating all equipment in a safe and food-safe manner.
• Follows Bob’s Red Mill food safety policies and procedures, including compliance with FDA regulations, Safe Quality Food (SQF) Standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Responsible for reporting food safety and quality concerns to Supervisors and/or Department Manager.
• Performs additional duties and tasks as assigned.
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Any combination of education and additional years of experience that provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and ability to perform assigned tasks.
• Working knowledge of CPG marketing, sales, and retail processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with retail media platforms such as Criteo, KPM, Walmart Connect, and Instacart.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
