Retail Marketing, Customer Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for retail marketing inquiries from retailers, distributors, and internal teams.

• Regularly engage with retailers and distributors (either virtually or face-to-face) to foster relationships and enhance their marketing efforts.

• Collaborate with retailers and distributors to develop Trek marketing strategies and pinpoint joint opportunities that align with brand guidelines, ROI, and business objectives.

• Oversee the coordination of in-store materials including POS, digital assets, promotional items, and branding.

• Assist in the implementation of Trek’s global training program (Trek U), encompassing communications, engagement, troubleshooting, and reporting.

• Manage and execute retail campaigns and product launches for retailer promotion, monitoring success against established KPIs.

• Provide B2B Marketing and general administrative assistance to the broader Marketing team as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in written and spoken Slovenian and English.

• Background in a process-oriented or system-driven position.

• Experience in retail marketing/marketing communications and/or customer service/account support.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.

• Capable of working independently and juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
