This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Interact with customers to provide knowledgeable guidance on Skechers products, ensuring every shopper departs with the ideal fit and a positive experience.
• Oversee daily operations, including the opening and closing procedures as necessary, while ensuring adherence to security protocols and maintaining high operational standards.
• Coach and assist team members in developing their skills in entry-level retail areas such as customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Actively participate in reaching both store and personal sales goals by employing effective sales strategies and promoting key Skechers products.
• Implement merchandising strategies, restock items, and uphold store cleanliness to improve the shopping atmosphere.
• Manage stock and inventory processes while working alongside store management to address operational requirements.
• Proactively recognize and address in-store issues to ensure customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to handle any challenges that may occur in-store.
• Highly organized to effectively manage inventory, staffing, and other operational responsibilities.
• Capability and enthusiasm to create a respectful, safe, and enjoyable atmosphere for Skechers store employees.
• Comfortable in mentoring team members and engaging with all levels of the store staff.
• Operates with confidentiality and a sense of urgency.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality sectors is preferred but not essential.
• Sales proficiency to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
