Retail Experience Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted consultant and performance partner for Hyundai dealerships.

• Provide engaging in-dealership coaching and training centered on Hyundai products and technologies, retail sales effectiveness, customer experience excellence, consultation, and sales process execution.

• Mentor and develop front-line dealership staff to meet and surpass Hyundai Retail Experience standards.

• Motivate dealership teams through practical learning experiences that foster measurable performance enhancements.

• Identify, document, and disseminate best practices that lead to dealership success and operational excellence.

• Collaborate with regional and national Hyundai leadership teams to ensure coaching initiatives align with strategic objectives.

• Conduct virtual training sessions, product launches, workshops, and large-scale presentations.

• Assist with new vehicle launches by ensuring dealership staff possess the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.

• Stay informed about industry trends through continuous product knowledge development and competitive analysis.

• Maintain precise reporting, scheduling, attendance records, and expense documentation in line with program standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in automotive retail sales, training, coaching, or related dealership roles.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching abilities with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.

• Enthusiasm for automotive products, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Proven track record of building trust and fostering strong relationships with dealership personnel and leadership.

• Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and time management capabilities.

• Strong computer skills and familiarity with virtual training platforms.

• Professional demeanor and outstanding communication skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (up to 80%), including regular overnight travel.

• High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience required.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or military service equivalent) with 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Prior experience in delivering dealership training, coaching, or performance consulting is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to effect change and facilitate cultural transformation within dealerships.
