This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will introduce Funzy to key metropolitan areas in the DACH region, taking full operational and strategic responsibility for our monthly pop-up stores from start to finish — including site selection, logistics, team management, live sales, and post-event analysis.
• You will manage a seven-figure revenue channel with clear objectives, overseeing budgets and KPIs while focusing on both growth and profitability.
• You ensure that every sales area optimally represents the Funzy brand — creative, high-quality, and entirely "Insta-ready."
• You build long-term partnerships and position Funzy in locations frequented by families: from family cafés and hotels to concept stores and experiential venues.
• You create engaging activations, events, and promotions that capture attention, foster community, and drive sales.
• You collaborate closely with our marketing team to seamlessly extend offline experiences into the digital realm.
• You recruit, train, and inspire local promoters and event teams, ensuring that every activation is successful.
• You are proactive and serve as the motivating force on-site for our pop-ups and activations.
• You possess experience in fields like Retail Expansion, Store Management, Field Sales, Trade Marketing, or Business Development, preferably within a dynamic start-up, DTC, or consumer setting.
• You are an exceptional organizer, solution-oriented, and can maintain oversight even when numerous tasks are in motion.
• You are a proactive individual who enjoys hands-on involvement — from negotiation meetings to constructing a pop-up store.
• You take the initiative to engage with people, foster relationships, and find satisfaction in negotiating strong partnerships and appealing deals.
• You are goal-driven, take pride in showcasing successes, and feel energized when an idea converts into revenue.
• You possess a keen understanding of families, parents, and children, and grasp what motivates our target audience.
• You appreciate variety and are willing to travel, spending approximately 40–50% of your working time traveling within the DACH region.
• You are fluent in German and have a strong command of English.
