Retail Deployment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert business strategy, operational priorities, and field requirements into detailed business specifications and use cases.

• Establish business logic, guidelines, and criteria for measuring success in initiatives, tools, and process enhancements.

• Collaborate with Retail, Sales, Finance, and HR stakeholders to pinpoint challenges, opportunities, and value drivers.

• Conduct impact assessments to ensure that solutions are aligned with business priorities and anticipated ROI.

• Define and maintain KPIs, success metrics, and performance scorecards that are linked to business results.

• Create reporting requirements that provide actionable insights rather than just raw data.

• Serve as the business representative in product, BPO, and agile delivery teams.

• Assist in backlog prioritization by clearly expressing business value and trade-offs.

• Ensure that solutions are embraced by the business and integrated into operational workflows.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience preferred in retail, analytics, Power BI, reporting, analysis, and scorecarding.
