This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Evaluate account prospects and performance; identify and fulfill customer needs; create and nurture new business opportunities; deliver quarterly account presentations to senior leadership of the customer.
• Oversee complete sales processes, including delivering sales presentations and training on new programs and offerings.
• Maintain business sensitivity by balancing the sales ratio between OEM, dealer direct, and distributor channels.
• Cultivate and enhance strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Offer product updates to OEM accounts while identifying and pursuing new product or market opportunities.
• Develop solution-oriented sales strategies, leveraging research and market insights.
• Anticipate demand and budget to facilitate joint business planning with customers; recognize logistical efficiencies.
• Conduct competitive analysis and formulate strategies to mitigate competitive pressures.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure compliance within teams.
• Safeguard Chamberlain Group’s reputation by maintaining confidentiality of information.
• Enhance professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops, reading industry publications, networking, and engaging in professional organizations.
• Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results and participating in projects as required.
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-8 years of experience in large account management
• Willingness to travel up to 60% both domestically and internationally; must possess a valid driver's license
