Resuscitation Program Specialist – 12 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Resuscitation Program Manager, this position is essential for fostering relationships and engagement with instructors and stakeholders.

• Supports the mission of Heart & Stroke in improving emergency cardiovascular care and first aid training.

• Manages connections with instructors and partners, ensuring the quality and compliance of the program.

• Utilizes data, reporting, and stakeholder feedback to assess performance and promote continuous improvement.

• Works collaboratively within a matrix organization, sharing insights and contributing knowledge to further organizational objectives.

• Ensures adherence to policies and standards while representing Heart & Stroke at various events.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree, diploma, or certificate in business, health science, or a related field.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be taken into account.

• A certificate or training in adult education is considered an asset.

• Over 3 years of experience in project/program management, relationship management, customer service, or business development/corporate sales.

• Heart & Stroke Instructor certification and/or instructional experience from other agencies is a plus.

• Familiarity with provincial healthcare systems and resuscitation training agencies would be beneficial.

• Experience in the healthcare sector would be an asset.

• Experience within the not-for-profit sector would also be advantageous.
