Restoration Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Mitigation of water damage, fire, and/or mold remediation tasks

• Operate drying and remediation equipment along with a Ready5 service vehicle

• Utilize mobile devices for documenting job-related activities

• Provide outstanding customer service while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment

• Availability for flexible working hours, including after-hours emergency responses

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in mitigation or construction fields

• A valid and insurable driver’s license for the state of Florida

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in diverse environments (tight spaces, heights, outdoor conditions, fumes—with appropriate safety gear)

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to detailed instructions
