Restoration Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough reviews of estimates for services such as water mitigation, mold remediation, reconstruction, contents, board-up, abatement, biohazard, and fire damage.

• Assess estimate documentation utilizing Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Claims Connect, Validate, CMS, and other related platforms.

• Ensure adherence to carrier specifications, internal guidelines, and industry best practices.

• Offer professional and constructive feedback to franchise teams to enhance the consistency and accuracy of estimates.

• Engage with franchise locations and carrier representatives through a variety of digital communication channels.

• Track trends and performance metrics to identify potential training needs or process enhancements.

• Provide support during surge events caused by disasters or periods of increased demand.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• A minimum of three years of experience in restoration estimating or estimate review, specifically in mitigation, reconstruction, and contents.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Must be able to pass a background check and uphold confidentiality.
