This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Management of the purchasing cycle: orders for finished products, custom items, and electronic/mechanical components (BOM).
• Inventory control: lead stock reliability by establishing reorder points, minimum stock levels, and supply variables.
• ERP optimization: enhance and feed information flow into the ERP to make it the primary decision-making tool.
• Supplier relationships: negotiate terms, monitor deliveries, and manage incidents or claims.
• Internal collaboration: work closely with logistics, administration, and production teams to ensure operational efficiency.
• Experience: at least 3 years in purchasing or inventory management roles (valued in industrial or technological environments).
• ERP proficiency: solid experience working with Sage 200C or similar ERPs.
• Profile: a highly organized individual with attention to detail and strong negotiation skills.
• Values: ethical commitment and sensitivity towards the social mission of the project.
• Residence: position based in Barcelona.
• Valued: proficiency in English and Catalan.
