This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Deliver Respite Care services.
β’ Qualified providers are required to offer safe, dependable, and compliant respite care services to eligible EFMP family members in alignment with their designated level and the family's service plan.
β’ All services must be executed in accordance with the responsibilities outlined in Section 1.4 (Scope).
β’ Providers are expected to arrive punctually and fulfill the entire scheduled service duration.
β’ A successful completion rate of 98% for all scheduled appointments is mandatory.
β’ Level 3 Provider: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., child development, special education).
β’ A current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with a minimum of one year of relevant experience post-certification.
β’ At least two years of direct, documented experience working with individuals with special needs.
β’ Level 4 Provider: A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with a minimum of one year of clinical experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., nursing, special education) with at least two years of documented experience in providing complex care to individuals with special needs.
