Resource Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary relationship manager for Databricks partner managers, representing Rearc in all daily interactions.

• Supervise the technical certifications for engineers that are crucial for the Databricks Delivery Partner Program, actively identifying upcoming renewals or competency gaps.

• Collaborate with technical practice leaders and engineering teams to guarantee that necessary certifications are completed within set deadlines.

• Evaluate and report on DPP scorecard health and performance metrics to address potential risks to the partnership.

• Keep thorough documentation of all partner program requirements, key milestones, and current status.

• Serve as the main internal authority and point of contact for all questions related to the Databricks partnership ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience of 1-3 years in resourcing, operational, or partnership-oriented roles.

• Innate sales acumen with the capability to effectively represent Rearc while engaging with external partners.

• Outstanding organizational skills, with an ability to manage complex details such as partner scorecards, deadlines, and technical certifications.

• Proactive and persistent communication style, ensuring essential data is collected from various technical and business stakeholders.

• Skilled in utilizing spreadsheets and various tracking tools to deliver clear status updates and visibility.

• An entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset that emphasizes complete ownership of the partner relationship and proactive planning.
