Resource Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Managers and Partners to strategically allocate the right talent mix for client projects.

• Cultivate a profound understanding of consultants' skills, experiences, and career goals to facilitate impactful project assignments.

• Ensure the accuracy of resource management systems by reconciling planned allocations with actuals to reduce revenue leakage.

• Maintain an updated skills database by ensuring consultants regularly refresh their profiles and work alongside the Staffing Manager to identify skill gaps within the workforce.

• Oversee timesheet compliance to ensure accurate KPI reporting and billing processes.

• Assist the US campus with onboarding new hires and integrating resources effectively.

• Keep a comprehensive overview of project health and resource utilization through timely reporting.

• Proactively identify issues or gaps in staffing and resource plans, bringing them to the attention of senior leaders.

• Generate reports and conduct ad-hoc analyses to address dynamic staffing and business inquiries.

• Convert complex metrics into actionable insights for leadership decision-making and stakeholder communications.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovation.

• Perform additional duties as necessary to support the needs of clients and internal team requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting, resource management, or operations within professional services or management consulting settings.

• Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to extract insights from complex data sets and convert them into actionable recommendations.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas) along with strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and other business intelligence tools.

• Ability to integrate new tools such as AI and AI Agents, leveraging them innovatively to gain insights and solve problems.

• Proven excellence in managing multiple competing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality results.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills with a history of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated project management expertise with experience in effectively coordinating resources and timelines.

• An adaptable problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and approaches challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.

• Strong business ethics with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• A self-motivated professional who takes initiative, works independently, and demonstrates leadership when required.
