Residential Support Representative – Bilingual (French/English)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with customers through phone or email to identify and resolve a diverse range of issues and inquiries.

• Research, document, and manage product warranty programs.

• Input and adjust customer orders within the business operating system.

• Record customer interactions in the CRM software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant customer service or industry experience is required.

• Experience in a call center setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and manufacturing operating systems (AS400) is necessary.
