Residential Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Foster customer loyalty by delivering outstanding service.

• Ensure customers have positive experiences while resolving technical issues.

• Assist customers in diagnosing problems with Schlage products.

• Seek guidance or escalate issues to internal resources as necessary.

• Support customers with inquiries related to how-to instructions.

• Relay case drivers and known issues to internal teams.

• Establish trust by fulfilling customer commitments thoroughly.

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of Allegion consumer products.

• Engage in continuous training and development to improve skills.

• Consistently achieve established goals and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of preferred customer service experience.

• A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate’s degree is preferred.

• Ability to type at least 55 words per minute, corrected speed.

• Minimum of 1 year experience managing high-volume inquiries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Basic computer skills are essential.

• Familiarity with PC-based software applications (Microsoft Office).

• Experience with CRM systems like Zendesk/Five 9 is preferred.

• Knowledge of smart device applications is a plus.

• Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM EST.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or French is an asset.
