This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Incentive Program Manager in achieving and sustaining expertise in State and Utility-based Residential Solar Incentive Programs.
• Support the onboarding process for new residential solar incentive programs, including the development of comprehensive program guidelines and operational requirement checklists.
• Contribute to the design and documentation of efficient processes for managing the Residential Solar Incentives Program effectively.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to maintain the current Residential Solar Incentive Program, which involves tracking issues and aiding in process enhancements.
• Keep track of changes in the Residential Solar Incentive Program, such as step-downs and program closures, and assist in evaluating their impact on operations and financials.
• Aid in communication and coordination with Rebate Authorities and Rebate Program Administration.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of Program Compliance requirements to uphold good standing with Rebate and Program Administrators.
• Compile and analyze data results, supporting internal teams in enhancing forecasting accuracy.
• Help keep Residential Solar Incentive policies and process maps current, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to assist the Program Manager and achieve team objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of pertinent experience.
• Familiarity with residential solar incentive programs is preferred.
• Capability to conduct data analysis and assist with regulatory research.
• Strong analytical abilities with the skill to collect, organize, and assess information with precision and attention to detail.
• Experience in generating reports and templates is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal skills and effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Strong proficiency in computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exposure to project coordination or project management support is an additional asset.
• Effective time management with the capability to prioritize and organize daily workloads efficiently.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Skill in handling multiple tasks while maintaining a strong focus on detail.
