This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Support clients throughout the entire process of purchasing, selling, and leasing residential properties, including viewings, negotiations, and finalizing deals.
• Create and manage high-quality leads via personal prospecting, company assistance, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.
• Provide clients with insights on specific Dubai neighborhoods, property values, rental yields, payment plans, and emerging market trends.
• Develop and sustain strong, enduring relationships with property owners, developers, private investors, and co-brokers.
• Establish and excel in a specific geographic area, community, or property type niche within Dubai.
• Emphasize accountability and efficient scheduling rather than merely tracking hours.
• Prior experience in residential real estate, brokerage, leasing, or property sales is highly preferred.
• A solid understanding of Dubai’s residential real estate market and regulations is a significant advantage.
• Outstanding sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional demeanor, impeccable corporate etiquette, and diligent client follow-up.
• Self-driven, exceptionally organized, and intensely results-oriented.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• An active presence on social media or a strong willingness to cultivate a personal brand is a substantial benefit.
• A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
