This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Responding to phone inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Contacting potential clients to arrange appointments with a professional and enthusiastic approach.
• Representing the company to all suppliers, customers, applicants, and employees to distinguish ourselves from competitors and enhance our “Brand of Certainty.”
• Serving all prospective and existing customers to exceed their painting needs and foster lifelong customer relationships.
• Collaborating with all staff members to meet and exceed their expectations.
• Ensuring that all tasks are completed promptly and professionally.
• Developing a strong working relationship with the General Manager (GM), Director of Operations, and Sales Associates (RSAs) to ensure that all expectations are met for both employees and customers.
• Entering leads into the CRM and reaching out to all new and existing leads.
• Scheduling estimates with the RSAs, utilizing Microsoft Suite, CRMs, and tech-savvy skills to coordinate actual appointments.
• Managing inbound and outbound calls and following up with leads.
• Filling timelines: ASAP, without significant urgency.
• Maintaining the RSAs’ schedules while adhering to their appointment time slots.
• Sending follow-up emails, messages, and making calls to each residential customer upon booking.
• Keeping communication open and providing periodic scheduling updates to customers until the project begins.
• Reviewing all residential proposals for consistency and accuracy.
• Assembling all residential “handoffs” to include all necessary documents for a successful project execution.
• Scheduling all residential jobs and maintaining communication with staff, job site supervisors, and customers.
• Handling calls from customers, job site supervisors, and other team members regarding scheduling, production, and warranty issues.
• Updating and maintaining the production schedule.
• Keeping accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
• Filing job details appropriately in the CRM.
• Ensuring all paperwork complies with requirements for jobs that necessitate EPA Safe Lead Practices.
• Distributing job “handoffs” to the relevant job site supervisors.
• Providing daily production updates for all staff members regarding production availability.
• Attending staff and individual meetings as required.
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, values, and standards.
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or General Manager.
• Compiling weekly and monthly reports as directed by the Supervisor and/or General Manager.
• Participating in the Franchise Company’s Skill Development Program leading to certification, with relevant skills including Conflict Resolution, Priority Management, and Goal Setting & Review.
• Engaging in Regional or National On-Going Training Conferences/Meetings.
• Assisting with subcontractor file management.
• Supporting the team in achieving a 100% paperless operation, which is a significant aspect of success for this role.
• This position is fully remote.
• Compensation of up to $6/hr.
