This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assemble and develop a team dedicated to assisting customers in operationalizing and supporting all CrowdStrike products, which encompass all modules of Falcon, Identity, Cloud, Next-Gen SIEM, and LogScale.
• Collaborate with the professional services leadership team to enhance the organization, broaden programs, increase efficiencies, and create top-tier, customer-centered services.
• Drive cross-functional teams within CrowdStrike to ensure successful delivery outcomes and optimize value for customer engagements.
• Manage and mentor team members to help expand their skill sets and maximize performance.
• Lead internal initiatives aimed at improving delivery techniques, introducing automation, reinforcing security postures, and optimizing time-to-value, leveraging AI and other technologies.
• Anticipate customer needs by keeping track of new CrowdStrike technologies and mapping out innovative service offerings.
• Oversee a portfolio of customer projects from both a leadership and tactical perspective.
• Engage directly with customers, assisting with pre-sales, presenting solutions, structuring deals, managing project creation, and overseeing all phases of project delivery.
• Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to craft service communications, deliver presentations, align customer needs with solutions, and close opportunities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• 8+ years of experience in the security industry in a professional services or similar role.
• Strong understanding of employee management concepts, with a proven ability to lead teams effectively.
• Experience collaborating with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering, along with post-sales handoffs.
• Proven experience managing technical deployments, tracking time, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience in developing documentation and transferring deployment knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to translate customer requirements and experiences into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Preferred but not mandatory: Knowledge of security endpoint products and solutions.
• Familiarity with SIEM skills and best practices related to log analysis, data onboarding, parsers, search queries, dashboards, and alerts.
• Experience with log management/SIEM solutions (such as Falcon LogScale, Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight, LogRhythm, Exabeam Data Lake, etc.) in a professional services or similar capacity.
• Understanding of distributed applications hosted on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Knowledge of identity management solutions.
• Experience in automation through building scripts in Bash, Python, or other programming languages.
