This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Deliver telehealth therapy services to the Medicaid demographic

• Concentrate on clinical care while the employer manages billing, insurance, and credentialing

• Select your working hours, availability, referrals, and caseload

• Develop a varied caseload through the referral network

• Collaborate with clients to help them achieve their objectives

• Perform comprehensive assessments to guide care strategies

• Design effective, individualized treatment plans

• Accumulate hours toward full licensure with supervision assistance

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid RIC license in good standing within the state of Virginia

• A Master’s degree in Counseling

• Minimum of 6 months of direct therapy or assessment experience

• Personal malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)

• Proficiency with EHR systems and other digital tools

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office

• Personal computer and reliable internet for secure virtual sessions

• Fluency in English

• Spanish proficiency is preferred

• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

• Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses

• Expertise in creating effective, personalized treatment plans

• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments to inform care strategies
