Resident Experience Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Proactively engage with residents to resolve urgent or sensitive inquiries and concerns through phone communication.

• Compose detailed and compassionate responses to non-urgent issues within the resident portal, utilizing existing templates and training resources.

• Oversee resident requests from initiation to resolution using our internal case management system, ensuring timely task execution.

• Examine case records and prepare comprehensive case summaries to provide context and clarity for all involved parties.

• Track productivity metrics to guarantee that service levels consistently meet or surpass expectations.

• Test new features and functionalities, offering feedback to the product development team.

• Mentor and assist Junior Resident Experience Managers in their roles.

• Create lease addenda and process alterations to lease terms in accordance with local regulations.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the resident experience.

• Act as a Mynd brand ambassador and engage in market huddles to collaboratively address local issues and challenges.

• Other duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in the real estate or property management field, managing daily operations of single-family or multi-family rental properties.

• Ability and eagerness to build relationships, deescalate challenging situations, and negotiate innovative solutions.

• General knowledge of leasing, property management, and real estate investment principles.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; proficient use of grammar, spelling, and tone.

• Experience in budget management, spreadsheet manipulation, and financial report generation.

• Proficient with Google applications, workflow engines or project management tools, and mobile payment solutions.

• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team, ensuring project completion.

• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as required.

• Familiarity with local residential real estate laws and regulations.

• Willingness to travel, including quarterly overnight trips within your designated territory.
