Reservations Agent – PT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Professionally handle telephone calls and emails.

• Assist guests with making reservations, addressing inquiries about current or future bookings, and fulfilling additional guest requirements.

• Quickly respond to guest inquiries and leads to confirm bookings.

• Provide exceptional service to all guests.

• Support concierge services with comprehensive knowledge of the property and local area, including dining, entertainment, special events, and general directions.

• Share general information with guests regarding company policies and procedures.

• Keep updated profiles for potential and current guests.

• Adhere to the company's quality assurance standards.

• Enhance guest experiences through effective selling and providing upsell options and recommendations.

• Execute other assigned tasks as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in hospitality are advantageous.

• Prior experience in guest service or a call center environment is preferred.

• Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, and Outlook; strong keyboarding and 10-key skills are essential.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Candidates must reside in Washington State at the time of hiring and maintain residency throughout employment.
