Reservation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for B2B partners managing requests related to hotels, alternative accommodations, transportation, and custom excursions for both FIT and group bookings.

• Develop customized, competitive commercial proposals aligned with client requirements and specifications.

• Investigate, select, and reserve accommodations along with additional travel services across international markets.

• Negotiate pricing, cancellation policies, booking conditions, and payment terms with hotels and global suppliers.

• Deliver comprehensive operational support throughout the booking process, including changes, cancellations, relocations, and special requests.

• Ensure that partner interactions are amicable, confident, precise, and detail-oriented.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in tourism, concierge services, TMCs, DMCs, or tour operators.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) proficiency in English and Russian.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to engage effectively with a variety of partners and suppliers.

• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, resilient, and adept at managing substantial workloads efficiently.

• Proactive in navigating complex booking situations and addressing partner inquiries smoothly.
