📋 Description

• Lead the development of high-performance data acquisition, preparation, and synthesis pipelines to produce data for next-generation speech and language AI foundation models.

• Create sophisticated characterizations of intricate conversational audio using a variety of signal processing techniques and deep learning models.

• Partner with DataOps and Engineering teams to establish automated systems that enhance the capacity of human annotators to label valuable data and offer essential feedback on model outputs.

• Develop advanced benchmarking techniques and curated datasets to assess conversational voice systems.

• Document and present findings from data experiments and analyses for both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building data processing pipelines from the ground up and managing the entire data stack, including acquisition, characterization, cleaning, serving, and transformation.

• Demonstrated expertise in applying statistical methods and deep learning models to interpret complex data.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts according to the audience.

• Strong software engineering capabilities, particularly focused on writing clean, modular code in Python and utilizing Pytorch.

• A background in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or Language Processing is a plus.

• Experience in model building is a plus.

• Familiarity with speech and audio is a plus.
