Research Manager – Senior Research Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Effectively manage all phases of the primary market research process, including research design, the development of questionnaires and discussion guides, data collection, analysis, synthesis, and the creation and presentation of reports.

• Engage in project scoping and planning discussions while assisting in the formulation of market research proposals.

• Utilize a diverse array of quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies and tools to meet client business objectives.

• Advise on best practices for data collection and optimizing data quality.

• Oversee timelines and budgets, coordinating with relevant stakeholders (internal teams, external clients, contractors, and vendors) to guarantee prompt and efficient project execution.

• Collaborate with the project team to develop key insights and recommendations.

• Contribute to the establishment and growth of client relationships, maintaining a focus on client management.

• Act as a reliable and credible point of contact throughout the market research project.

• Display an appropriate level of professionalism with clients, particularly in challenging scenarios.

• Convey complex ideas clearly; facilitate client meetings and presentations in tandem with the project lead.

• Demonstrate an understanding of the broader implications and long-term significance of projects, clients, and accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in quantitative and/or qualitative market research within the biopharma sector.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.

• Capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree(s) such as PhD, MBA, or MS.
