This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Oversee various research and evaluation initiatives from start to finish.

• Create project timelines, set priorities, allocate resources, and track project advancement.

• Manage data collection, survey execution, data handling, analysis, and reporting efforts.

• Ensure that project outputs align with quality benchmarks and client expectations.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance workflows, processes, and research techniques through innovation and technology.

• Organize field operations and assist in training and supervising field personnel.

• Develop presentations, reports, and technical documents for clients and stakeholders.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Business, Public Health, or a relevant discipline.

• A minimum of five years of experience in research, evaluation, or project management (or seven years of equivalent professional experience).

• At least three years of supervisory experience managing teams of two or more employees.

• Proven experience handling multiple simultaneous projects, priorities, and deadlines.

• Knowledge of survey research methodologies, including interviews, focus groups, and mixed-methods research.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
