Research Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the advancement of our identity security platform by managing a team of innovative security researchers.

• Detect emerging identity attack vectors and create new detection methodologies.

• Develop production-ready security systems with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance enhancement.

• Analyze extensive customer datasets utilizing Spark and Databricks to test detection hypotheses and reveal new threat patterns.

• Offer technical leadership and guidance to product and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in engineering with demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining production security systems.

• Proficient in Python programming with a background in large-scale data processing and/or relevant AI skills.

• Understanding of adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) along with associated defensive strategies.

• Experience in leading high-level individual contributors (senior staff/principal).
