Research Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Engage in pioneering research in deep learning, concentrating on modular architectures, verifiability, continual learning, and scalability.

• Create and prototype innovative neural network architectures tailored for decentralized computing environments.

• Collaborate on joint publications and projects with academic and industry researchers, aiming for prestigious AI conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, and ICLR.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a PhD program (or, in exceptional circumstances, a Master’s program) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in conducting original research, preferably with authorship or co-authorship on machine learning publications.

• Solid understanding of deep learning principles and practical experience with at least one major framework, such as PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.

• Self-motivated, inquisitive, and capable of thriving in a highly autonomous environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Research background in distributed systems, continual learning, or modular neural architectures.

• A passion for contributing to open research and collaborating with the wider machine learning research community.

• Experience at the convergence of cryptography and machine learning.
