This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Oversee literature review initiatives by pinpointing essential resources and developing annotated bibliographies along with comprehensive literature reviews appropriate for publication.
• Perform qualitative research analysis, compose written reports detailing findings, and aid in the preparation of final reports and presentations.
• Design surveys, analyze results, and present findings.
• Assist in the development of research-based professional learning resources within CAL’s learning management system.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings by organizing agendas and taking notes.
• Produce accessible materials for distribution, including slides, reports, and additional documents as required.
• Maintain communication with partners and external colleagues.
• Provide assistance with various tasks as needed.
• A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field, along with 4 or more years of pertinent experience, or a PhD from an accredited institution in a related area.
• Proven experience in drafting scholarly reports for publication.
• Background in elementary science education.
• Experience or formal training in dual language or bilingual education, assessment, research methods, qualitative analysis, or a combination of these areas.
• Familiarity with working in a learning management system (LMS).
