Research Engineer, AI Models

📋 Description

• Conduct research and apply cutting-edge methodologies to enhance AI inference speed.

• Collaborate closely with teams specializing in hardware, compilers, and quantization.

• Develop profiling tools along with extensive benchmarking frameworks.

• Create robust fine-tuning processes for contemporary AI models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in machine learning research, applied machine learning, or ML systems.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Python and PyTorch.

• Practical experience with modern AI models, including transformers, diffusion models, or other generative architectures.

• Experience in fine-tuning large models and constructing training/evaluation pipelines.

• In-depth understanding of transformers, attention mechanisms, and optimization strategies.

• Ability to read and implement techniques from academic research papers.
