This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Research Project Management: Strategically plan, coordinate, and implement research initiatives utilizing quantitative, qualitative, and focus group methodologies.
β’ Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive data analyses, transforming complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
β’ Instrument Development: Create questionnaires, discussion guides, and various data collection instruments.
β’ Client Relations: Interact with clients to grasp their requirements, present proposals, and discuss outcomes.
β’ Team Management: Lead and mentor research teams, ensuring the highest quality standards and adherence to deadlines.
β’ Innovation: Suggest and execute novel approaches and technologies in research.
β’ Demonstrated experience in market or social research, with a robust understanding of quantitative methods (surveys, statistical analyses) and qualitative techniques (in-depth interviews, ethnography).
β’ Proficient in conducting and analyzing focus groups.
β’ Experience in project management and/or overseeing research teams.
β’ Capability to work remotely, exhibiting self-discipline and strong organizational skills.
β’ Expertise in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python for data) and research platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics).
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for presenting findings clearly and persuasively.
