This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Responsible for delivering assigned projects promptly and to the expected standard. This includes developing global economic models, adapting local models, and supporting analytical tasks such as survival and HRQoL analyses.
• Hands-on experience in applying statistical methods in health technology assessment, health economics, outcomes research, or clinical data analysis.
• Proficient in programming cost-utility models using Microsoft Excel, including expertise in Visual Basic for Applications.
• Capable of synthesizing, interpreting, and communicating economic data, while performing quality assurance checks on economic models and reports.
• Collaborate closely with clients and senior team members to comprehend client requirements, develop and define potential solutions, and assist in the delivery and reporting of modeling and analytical products.
• Quality and efficiency: exceptional analytical and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Identify and create new business opportunities by recognizing emerging customer needs and devising suitable solutions to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. Contribute to proposal development in your area of expertise.
• Author and develop manuscripts, abstracts, and posters, and where necessary, attend and present at conferences.
• Ensure compliance with company and business unit policies, standards, and procedures.
• Proficiency in Dutch.
• Advanced degree MSc (required) or PhD (preferred) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Statistics, Biostatistics, Public Health, or related fields.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of health research experience in a consultancy (preferred) or a comparable academic environment, focusing on cost-effectiveness analyses and/or budget impact analyses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, with practical experience in developing economic models and/or BIMs, including the use of VBA.
• Preferred hands-on experience with R for trial analyses.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, with the capability to work both independently and as part of a team, while managing pressure to meet deadlines.
