Research Associate – Legal Trainee in Legal Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Independently drafting and managing legal pleadings, particularly in relation to Air Passenger Rights Regulation and Package Travel law.

• Conducting legal research and compiling case facts.

• Addressing legal issues and preparing necessary legal documents.

• Managing traffic accident claims as well as claims for damages.

• Engaging in direct client case work.

• Providing personalized support to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion or advancement in law studies.

• Average to above-average academic performance is required.

• Proficiency in English is advantageous.

• Practical experience in Air Passenger Rights Regulation and Package Travel law is preferred.
