This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to assess and evaluate programs, sharing insights to enhance program effectiveness.
• Lead both new and ongoing program evaluation initiatives, encompassing data collection, analysis, reporting, and formulating actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancement.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deploy tools that aid in performance measurement activities, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Present evaluation results and strategic insights to senior leadership to guide decision-making and refine programs.
• Keep abreast of trends, best practices, and innovations in program design and evaluation to promote continuous learning and development within the team.
• Over 8 years of professional experience in leading measurement, evaluation, and learning projects, preferably within a mission-driven organization.
• 5-7 years of professional experience collaborating with program leaders to develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
• Expertise in program evaluation and data analysis/interpretation.
• Capability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and teams concurrently.
• Outstanding writing skills for creating reports, proposals, logic models, strategic plans, and presentations.
• Proficient at conveying complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient in tools such as Excel (advanced functions), SPSS, R, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
• Familiarity with platforms like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or other tools for collecting and analyzing feedback.
• Experience in creating dashboards and utilizing tools for automated reporting is a plus.
