This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Take charge of the requirements documentation and analysis for the project workstream.
• Assist the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner in converting contractual requirements into actionable activities or software development user stories for the team or vendors.
• Aid the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner in translating contractual requirements into team activities or software development user stories.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and Digitization Lead to monitor the digitization vendor's fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Document project requirements and prepare written presentations to communicate the status of these requirements.
• Provide verbal updates on requirements analysis workstream activity status during daily team stand-ups and client meetings.
• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must secure approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST before onboarding with Guidehouse.
• Preference will be given to candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an additional FOUR (4) years of experience in lieu of a degree is required.
• At least FOUR (4) years of experience in distilling, documenting, and tracking requirements for multi-work stream projects is necessary.
• Exceptional team collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting project environment are essential.
• Strong project management skills are required.
• Ability to effectively communicate requirements and acceptance criteria to non-technical clients/audiences while fostering excellent client relationships.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office™ suite of productivity software tools is essential.
