📋 Description

• Addressing inquiries from commercial clients while utilizing negotiation skills to recover overdue balances

• Facilitating customer interactions in line with the Company’s service delivery objectives

• Building rapport and fostering strong relationships, reinforcing Comcast’s dedication to customer experience

• Reviewing overdue commercial accounts to engage clients in negotiating payment plans

• Adhering to national credit and collection policies, as well as Federal, State, and Local regulations

• Processing payments securely and setting up payment arrangements that comply with company policy

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED (Required)

• 0-2 Years of Relevant Work Experience

• Availability to work Monday - Friday during the hours of 8am-8pm EST

• Preferred experience in a remote work setting
