This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the medical coverage plan for the assigned territory.

• Scientifically promote the respiratory portfolio focused on the treatment of Asthma and COPD.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with specialist doctors and healthcare professionals.

• Conduct effective negotiations aimed at achieving commercial objectives.

• Communicate medical and promotional information in strict adherence to ethical and regulatory guidelines.

• Record and track commercial activities using CRM.

• Analyze performance indicators and ensure compliance with KPIs.

• Efficiently manage the resources assigned to the territory.

• Represent the company at congresses, scientific events, and promotional activities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree.

• Professional title and license (mandatory).

• Between 2 to 3 years of experience as a medical representative.

• Proven experience in the respiratory line.

• Desirable experience in promoting treatments for Asthma and COPD.

• Experience in territory development and achieving commercial goals.

• Medical visits.

• Pharmaceutical promotion.

• CRM management.

• Negotiation and sales closing techniques.

• Territory planning and management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
