Representante Comercial – Redes Sociales, Influencers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage the official accounts of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for the country.

• Create and publish content tailored to the language, culture, and interests of the local audience.

• Develop marketing and communication initiatives that enhance online sales.

• Identify, reach out to, and onboard local micro-influencers with communities ranging from 10,000 to 50,000 followers.

• Support the network of micro-influencers by coordinating collaborations and monitoring their activities.

• Build relationships within the community and represent the brand in a professional manner.

• Spot trends and business opportunities in the local market.

• Track the performance of content, collaborations, and commercial activities, suggesting improvements.

• Coordinate with the brand team regarding the use of materials, tools, and advertising resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in the country where the brand will be represented and be of legal age.

• Proficient in the local language and able to communicate in English or French.

• Have experience in sales, marketing, social media management, or content creation.

• Be skilled in using Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with an aptitude for creating videos.

• Be able to collaborate under an independent contracting arrangement.

• Demonstrate autonomy, organization, and initiative to develop the brand within the territory.

• Experience in cosmetics, beauty, wellness, or personal care will be valued.

• Experience in influencer campaigns or community management will be considered an asset.

• Knowledge of the local market and contacts with content creators will be advantageous.

• Experience in e-commerce and sales-oriented actions will be appreciated.
